After The Cross

"The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone."
— Psalm 118:22

This Scripture means everything to me.

At the Cross, my sin was dealt with. When Jesus rose, I rose with Him. And in Him, I found something I could never create for myself—hope.

When I became a believer, born again, my life changed completely. My future was no longer defined by what I could see in this world, but by the eternal future I have through Jesus Christ.

My perspective changed because God's life was now at work in me. Filled with His Spirit, I began to experience a joy and peace this world simply cannot give.

And I am still changing.

The more I read God's Word and spend time with the Lord, the more my perspective on life continues to change. What once seemed so important begins to look temporary. What I thought was the foundation of my life has been replaced by something—and Someone—far greater.

Jesus is the Cornerstone.

He was rejected, yet He became the foundation.

After The Cross grew out of my desire to explore what the Cross means beyond the moment of crucifixion—salvation, resurrection, hope, and the eternal perspective that comes when Christ becomes the foundation of our lives.

Perhaps the question isn't simply what happened after the Cross?

Perhaps it is:
